Estimated Shipping Time

All orders are typically processed within 48 hours and shipped from our facilities centrally located in Kansas City. This is our average, however just like everyone else... when we get flooded with orders processing time is extended. Of coarse we understand when you can't get it together, just plain forgot to order, or was busier then expected. Let us know if you need priority processing.

Priority Processing

Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, 2nd Day Air and Express Saver Priority Processing Free. Standard Ground delivery is an additional $8. How this works? If there are several orders ahead of yours and your order will not process until the following day, $8 will move your order to the front of the line. Of coarse if there's no line this will not apply.

Standard Shipping

FedEx Ground is our standard method of shipping. Typically delivery times vary with area. Average delivery time is 2-3 business days from the date your order is placed.

Is available for anyone who requests this as their method of delivery.

Backorders

We strive to keep all items in stock 100% of the time. In the event any item is backordered, we will send it to you promptly upon our receipt. You will have the option of paying for the item at the time of your order and as soon as we receive the item it will be sent to you at No charge for shipping.

Returns and Refunds

We will refund the purchase price of any item returned to us unused and in NEW condition within 30 days of purchase with no questioned asked. Items returned after 30 days will be inspected upon receipt and the amount of refund will be determined at that time. Used, worn, or damaged items are not accepted for refunds. If the item has a sticker on the label a 25% restocking fee will apply. If any item is received damaged or if it's missing from your order we expect to hear about it within 3 days of your receipt of the order in order to receive a replacement item. A return tag will not be issued for items you have ordered by mistake or if you ordered with the incorrect inventory number. These items may still be exchanged or returned, however you will be responsible for the return shipping to us. Credit will not be issued until the items have been received by us.
